Coming This September?

As we all know by now.... Apple is having an Apple event sometime this month. A lot of speculation says that there will be an update on the whole iPod line, a Mac Tablet, and updates on iMacs/MacBooks/MacBook Pros/MacBook Airs. Along the subject of the iPod line, the two main uproars are about the iPod Nano and the iPod touch. There is rumor that the iPod Nano will be like the 2nd generation Nano, but taller, with a bigger screen. The iPod touch, these are rumors, could have a storage capacity update, speakers, volume controls, Bluetooth, camera, and i heard GPS from someone. I think that the iPod touch will be a big deal BECAUSE there is supposed to be a 2.1 update, and they want to release a new product WITH it. More details on the tablet later...........

Like the New Template?

Was lookin' at the site and decided it needed a change, so I put a new template on there. So, hope you like it. I will probably change it every month or so

Apple Airs New iPhone 3G Ads

After a while of no 1st generation iPhone commercials, Apple has aired 3 new ads. The first one, called "Everyone," shows the "Twice as fast" features such as Safari pages, documents in Mail, and the amazing GPS. The second one, called "Unslow," is also about the iPhone's 3G. It starts off by saying,"What is 3G?," and throughout the ad is saying that you are able to do everything....you guessed it, Twice as Fast. The third one, "Work Friendly," is describing the Enterprise features, how it pushes everything to you. In other words, it works great.....with work. So anyways just keeps your eyes out for those new ads.

Screenshots From My iPod touch

Hey, just wanted to post some of my own screenshots from my iPod touch. I have been pretty happy with the new software. It's crashed and rebooted my iPod a couple times but it's been pretty good so far.
I have some useful apps, some games, some sports apps, but there are some very pointless apps, too.

2.0 Small Features...

With all the huge features that Apple added in the 2.0 software such as MobileME support, Exchange Support, App Store, and many others. But in the midst of all these big features, there is one small one that will be very helpful. It seems that Apple has added the functionality for multiple address endings such as .com, .org, .edu, and .net.

Yesterday: iPod touch 1.1.5 Firmware is out

Apple seems to have released a new software update. Even though there are about 2 of you that haven't updated, I though I would go ahead and write about it anyways. The iPod touch update hasn't seemed to have done anything.
I have heard from MacRumors that Apple is already testing the firmware 2.0.1!

Apple's Thoughts On Copy/Paste, GPS

After all the iPhone rumors that were running around, Greg Joswiak sat down with AppScout to settle some problems. He said that copy and paste is what he would like in the iPhone, but it wasn't as important as the other features Apple shoved in there. He also mentioned that he is surprised that someone hasn't put anything in there for the GPS. TomTom has been in the works to invent an app that will make the GPS better.

July 14th: Apple Update!

After the amazing launching of the App Store, then the iPhone 3G, an astounding 1 Million iPhones have been sold and still counting. Also, there have been 10 Million app downloads! Even though the apps have had some flaws, people are still enjoying it all.

July 12th: iPhone 3G: Will It Blend?

Will the iPhone 3G Blend? Apparently, the classic Will It Blend? Star has made an iPhone 3G Edition. As almost always, the device DID blend into a pile of black "sand." I guess we'll have to see what other devices he blends...

July 11th: iPhone Dev Team Officially Pwned the iPhone 2.0

Seems like the iPhone Dev Team has done it again. For about the 7th time, the iPhone Dev Team has officially PWNed the iPhone 2.0 Software. I'm not sure what the advantage is of the pwnage tool besides the installer. I don't really care about any of that stuff. Anyways, seems like Apple will have to put out a NEW** Software update.

July 11th: iTunes Activation Servers Go Down

First people have to wait in lines from like 2 hours - 2 days, then the iTunes Activation Servers  go down. At that time, AT&T and Apple had to send home the iPhone 3G customers to activate their own iPhones.
Update: Apple has, after 2 hours or so, fixed their servers. Happy Activation!!!

July 11th: App Store Apps Report

After playing around with all the wonderful apps that developers and Apple has put out there, I don't think that everyone is very happy with the apps that have been crashing and that have caused the rebooting of your iPod or iPhone. I bet in the next couple of days we'll here about Apple testing a NEW Firmware. I guess we'll just have to see what happens though.

July 11th: iPhone 3G Review Coming Soon!!!

I will do a review in the next couple of days so, just be keeping your eyes open.

July 11th: iPod Touch 2.0 Firmware Is (Almost) Out

Well it seems that Apple has updated their iPod Touch page. They have several links on the site but yet they lead nowhere. Throughout the whole entire day people have been checking to see if Apple had posted a NEW link. I, myself, as well as many other iPod Touch owners, were very frustrated with the not available 2.0 Firmware. After about 14 hours of the iPod Touch 2.0 being ''out,'' Apple finally posted the new link at about 11:30 PM CST. I'm sure everyone was very excited with the new link. I sure was. The 2.0 has been pretty good except for a couple things. The apps crash sometimes and sometimes the apps make the iPod reboot. Anyways, glad it's here.

Sorry for the Downtime..

Hey guys.... sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I've been really busy since the iPhone came out but I'm gonna post what I can up until today just to recap on the last couple of days.
Again, sorry for downtime.....

There have been some reports that the 2.0 will be open for tomorrow....... more posts tomorrow...

Super Monkey Ball App Store Description

I know that the guided tour has been out for a week or so but for all those 2.0-obsessed people out there, I'm gonna give you the description of Super Monkey Ball.
P.S. I might miss a couple words because it's kinda hard to read.
It says:
Let's roll! Guide a cute little monkey encased in a transparent ball to victory by tilting and rolling him through the slopes and turns of a variety of mazes and obstacle courses, collecting bananas along the way. Insanely fun and addicting!

Leaked Story of the MacBook Pro Casing Officialy CONFIRMED?

AppleInsider recently report that there was going to be a MacBook Pro Casing. They, in the past couple hours say that it could be confirmed. The casing will leave a section on the bottom for the hard drives and removable battery. I guess we'll just have to see what happens in the coming weeks/months.
Although the enclosure shown in the photo appears to be a slightly dated prototype that has somehow found its way into the wild, casings currently sitting in Apple's labs are said to be nearly identical, as the overall design has not changed.
